1. General Terms

Applicability & Effect

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, betting options, and promotional offers on the cz420 platform. This agreement takes effect from the moment you access the platform. If you access it through an intermediary or using third-party software, these terms apply equally.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1

Welcome Bonus

New members at cz420 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000, regardless of how large the deposit is.

5.2

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement must be completed within the designated time period.
Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering calculations.
If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the conditions of the previous one must be met before accepting a new bonus.

5.3

General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer may be used only once.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for gaming.
If bonus abuse is detected, cz420 reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit the bonus.
VIP members receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%, Diamond — up to 1.5%.

6. Betting Rules

6.1

Placing Bets & Results

All bets on cz420 are considered final once confirmed. The following conditions apply to all betting activity:

If a bet is cancelled due to an internet connection issue, the relevant amount will be returned to the account.
If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
If a technical error produces an abnormal result, cz420 reserves the right to void that bet.
Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds will be considered void.

6.2

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket betting:

For live betting, the official event result is final.
If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be considered void.
Betting across all tournaments including T20, BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup will be conducted according to the applicable rules.

7. Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your cz420 account. Please follow the guidelines below:

Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the same individual.
